STAFF INVOLVEMENT

Every employee, regardless of their position, plays a fundamental role in the quality and perfection of the daily processes. That is why we work to discover which are their main skills and strengthen them by means of the Remaned Academy or by the continuous improvement of the production processes. All the employees are also always invited to actively participate in the proposal of processes to improve their daily work or the company as a whole.

REMANED PRODUCTION SYSTEM

The quality of a product is directly linked to the organization at the production centre. To increase the productivity and the quality of our products, Remaned has developed our own system of production, that is implemented in all their production centres worldwide. This is how we can guarantee the same levels of productivity and quality control in all our products, regardless of the place of production.

CONTINUOUS INNOVATION

Thanks to the two R&D Remaned centres located in Spain and Brazil, we manage to continuously develop all the production processes in addition to managing new projects. This part is the key in order to be able to continue the growth and development of our new business lines or new markets.

Remaned maintains an excellent relationship with its suppliers, allowing it to work towards the same goals with a mutual success. This association enables us to innovate and develop our productivity together, as well as to have continuous quality improvement. At Remaned we work exclusively with a limited number of suppliers, who we consider to be fundamental partners in the attainment of our success.
